Notifications

In-app history for alerts, trade ideas, and commentary

The Notifications inbox is the paper trail inside the browser for things your Alerts already fired on: matching option prints, new Trade Ideas, and new Market Commentary posts. Email, SMS, Slack, Discord, push, and webhooks are parallel channels—they can carry the same event when you enable them. The inbox is for when you want a scrollable history on the site without digging through email threads.

Use it to answer: “What triggered, when, and under which rule?”—then open the underlying symbol or feed if you need more context.

Availability: Active paid subscription required to open the web inbox. Alert-driven mobile/push notification workflows require a plan with Alerts Management.

Open the inbox

Notifications inbox listing recent alert deliveries

  • Web: Sign in and open Notifications. Depending on the build, you may reach it from a bell, activity, or alerts entry in the main navigation.

Items are sorted newest first. When enough post-alert price data is available, the inbox can also show tracked returns for context. Those returns describe what happened after the alert; they are not your brokerage P&L.

What you will see

Each row ties back to one alert rule you created and summarizes what matched at trigger time:

Source Typical content
Option alert Symbol, contract context, premium, unusual score—matching Alerts Management
Trade idea Symbol, direction, strategy, levels—matching Trade Ideas
Market commentary Headline, category, severity, symbols—matching Market Commentary

Each item links back to the relevant source context when available.

Browser (live) updates

While you are on the site, the app can refresh the notification list in the background (no full page reload) when new items arrive, in addition to whatever channels you enabled on the alert.

If something looks wrong (duplicate fires, missing push), check cooldown on the alert and that the channel toggles are saved on the alert form.
